The Sales Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets to support company growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers
- Present, promote, and sell company products/services to prospective clients
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations and customer satisfaction
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
