Job Description: Sales Engineer / Executive – PEB

Industry: Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) / Steel Structures

Role Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented PEB Sales Engineer with 2–3 years of experience in selling Pre-Engineered Buildings and steel structure solutions. The candidate will be responsible for business development, client handling, tender support, and achieving sales targets in the Bangalore and surrounding regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for PEB / Steel Building solutions
  • Generate leads through consultants, contractors, architects, developers, and end customers
  • Handle complete sales cycle from enquiry to order finalization
  • Prepare and submit techno-commercial proposals in coordination with design & estimation teams
  • Attend client meetings, site visits, and negotiate commercial terms
  • Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and payment collections
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and consultants
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
  • Track market trends, competitors, and upcoming projects in Bangalore region
  • Support tender submissions and pre-bid/post-bid discussions when required

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Diploma / BE / BTech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering (preferred)
  • 2–3 years of experience in PEB / Structural Steel sales
  • Good understanding of PEB concepts, loadings, BOQs, and pricing
  • Experience dealing with consultants, EPC contractors, and industrial clients
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
