RESPONSIBILITIES - Responding to guest enquiries (direct, corporate and travel agency) via telephone, email and whatsapp. - Engage with potential guests and building a relationship with them to help them understand Emerald Stay's product and services. - Create and send quotes, including extra services where required. - Handle guest payments. - Communicate quickly and effectively with guests and team members. - Manage new confirmed reservations in Mews. - Manage cancellations and amendments to existing bookings. - Proactively follow up on quotes and try to encourage the gu...
