Overview

To achieve sales management and to promote/integrate service products for overall business promotion and developments.

Responsibilities

• Major Activities: To meet and exceed sales target set for individual and achieve maximum sales;
• To research and seek out prospects to build portfolio of clients;
• Take ownership of customer issues and follow-through till resolution;
• Represent the company in negotiating and building relationship with shippers and carriers;
• Maintain consistently positive interactions to nurture customer relationships;
• To establish and maintain good relationship with customers, Dimerco stations, alliances and businesspartners;
• To co-ordinate with other departments for maximization of resources, facilities, productivity, serviceefficiency & minimize cost through team work;
