Job Description
A Sales Executive is responsible for driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. This role involves conducting market research, presenting product or service offerings, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Sales Executives should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, along with a strong ability to close deals and work in a target-driven environment.

Time: 11:00 AM IST to 6:00 PM IST, Monday to Friday, Any day.

Responsibilities:

  • Setting sales goals and achieving targets.
  • Understanding market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Addressing customer needs and providing solutions.
  • Acting as a point of contact for clients for all sales-related queries.
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold-calling.
  • Conducting market research to identify potential leads.
  • Following up on leads and converting them into clients.
  • Gaining in-depth knowledge of the company’s products or services.
  • Effectively communicating the value and benefits of products/services to customers.
  • Handling customer objections and providing solutions.
  • Preparing and delivering sales presentations or demonstrations.
  • Negotiating contracts, terms, and conditions with customers.
  • Closing sales deals successfully.
  • Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
  • Preparing sales reports and forecasts for management.
  • Using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track performance.
  • Coordinating with marketing teams for promotional activities.
  • Liaising with operations, delivery, or customer service teams to ensure smooth execution of orders.
  • Sharing customer feedback with internal teams for improvement.

Requirements

  • Degree: A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey product value effectively.
  • Negotiation: Ability to negotiate terms and close deals.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze sales data and identify trends or opportunities.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to address customer concerns and propose effective solutions.
  • Presentation Skills: Comfort with presenting to clients, both in person and digitally.

Requirements
Candidate Requirements Experience 1–2 years experience (internship + freelance + job experience all valid) Freshers with a strong portfolio may also be considered. Skills (Must-Have) Solid understanding of SMM basics: platform formats, engagement drivers, consistency, branding Strong ability to create graphics and short videos Working knowledge of tools like: Canva (must) Any of: Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator / Premiere Pro / After Effects / CapCut / DaVinci Resolve Comfort with fast-paced work and multiple brands/projects Good-to-Have Basic knowledge of paid ads creatives (what makes a creative perform) Basic copywriting sense (hooks, CTAs, short captions) Familiarity with content planning tools (Sheets/Notion/Trello/Zoho) Work Expectations On-site role with 10 AM – 7 PM IST Some flexibility required for project deadlines, event coverage, and client needs (occasionally outside standard hours) Professional behavior, punctuality, and consistent output quality are expected
