Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Executive (Outsourcing) at Avanta Global, will drive revenue growth while contributing to our delivery excellence. Your role spans three interconnected areas:

Business Development & Sales

  • Identify and cultivate potential clients through strategic lead generation, targeted outreach and industry networking.
  • Articulate the competitive advantages of our outsourcing solutions with persuasive presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Develop and manage a robust pipeline of potential projects while consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Negotiate win-win contracts that align with company objectives while ensuring client satisfaction.

Client & Account Management

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with decision-makers within client organizations.
