Sales Executive

Job Description:

• Build and nurture strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned markets through research, networking, and cold calling.
• Provide market intelligence and share within the team.
• Handle customer inquiries, negotiate pricing, prepare quotations and promptly respond to customer inquires
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports.
• Track inventory levels to meet customer demands efficiently.
• Attend product and sales training to develop relevant knowledge and skills for products offered.
• Other ad hoc duties assigned by the company

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Science, or related disciplines preferred.
• 1 to 2 years of Sales Experience preferred.
