At SUYUG Infra Group , we are looking for dynamic and customer-focused Sales Team Members to join our growing real estate team and contribute to our revenue and growth.

• Gain complete knowledge of the project including inventory, amenities, approvals, clubhouse, floor plans, master plan, and Vaastu

• Accompany clients during site visits and guide them on property suitability and value

• Identify potential clients by understanding their budget, location preference, timelines, and unit requirements

• Ensure strong follow-ups with clients post site visits to achieve closures

• Update client interactions and remarks in CRM on a daily basis

• Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly targets aligned with company goals

• Stay updated on market trends, new launches, and pricing to provide valuable insights to clients

• Maintain positive relationships with clients even after bookings and generate referrals

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Customer-centric approach

• Target-driven mindset

• Basic knowledge of CRM tools

• Understanding of real estate sales is an advantage
