  • Achieve sales target in their responsible territory
  • Manages Syngenta’s business within strategic R1 segments, develop activities/program to differentiate and position Syngenta as a preferred supplier
  • Works closely with the R1 in mapping, identifying and developing a value proposition for its key customers, especially strategic R2 segments
  • Delivers services, organizes trainings, retailers meeting and other activities/events according to the specific needs and GTM design
  • Manages rebate, monitor the effectiveness and provides support needed   
  • Offer occasional service & in store marketing campaign to R1s
  • Supervise, coach and evaluate Sales Officers
  • Ensure all the rebate program are well managed in his territory to support the region's target.  Provide periodic rebate achievement report in all accounts involved
