Job Description

Our client is looking for Sales Executive to join their team in Buenos Aires, Argentina. This
the role is responsible for supporting and Enterprise Account Manager through all sales
activities, both pre and post-sale.
The professional main responsibilities will be:
  • Receive quote requests from customers to ensure they are processed by the SSR team.
  • Track each quote and project to ensure it's returned in timely matter directly and or together with the designated Enterprise Account Manager.
  • Provide quick budgetary quotes when requested by the customer.
  • Ensure proper onboarding of new customers.
  • Track each firm quote progress to ensure quotes are being completed based on customer requirements.
  • Manage customer portal accounts.
  • Work with the designated Project Manager and Service Manager on a regular basis to ensure customer satisfaction for delivery and support.
