Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Train and support sales staff on products, sales techniques, and customer handling.
  • Monitor daily sales performance and ensure continuous improvement in conversion rates.
  • Oversee customer interactions (calls, inquiries, follow-ups) to maintain service quality.
  • Collaborate with Operations to ensure accurate booking, documentation, and service delivery.
  • Coordinate with Marketing to align promotions, campaigns, and lead-generation activities.
  • Analyze sales reports, trends, and team KPIs to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Handle escalated customer issues and provide solutions promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and service standards.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales; 
  • Strong knowledge of travel products (holiday packages, flight bookings, hotel reservations).
  • Solid B2B sales approach
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales performance and implement improvement plans.
  • Target-driven, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and MS Office tools.
