Compensation:

  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $150,000–$250,000

THE OPPORTUNITY

Arcora is growing nationally, and we’re hiring a Sales Executive to help scale our leadership coaching and organizational development business across Canada.

This role is ideal for a strong consultative seller who is comfortable engaging senior leaders and believes in the tangible business impact of great leadership. You’ll sell solutions that improve performance, retention, culture and resilience—not transactional products.

Reporting directly to the Vice President of Sales, you’ll own a national book of business and be supported by BDRs who help generate and qualify pipeline, allowing you to focus on discovery, solution design and closing.
