Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role located in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada, with flexibility for partial remote work. The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, managing sales accounts, and identifying new business opportunities. Key tasks include providing product assistance, aligning with market trends, ensuring client satisfaction, and collaborating with internal teams to meet company goals. The role also involves tracking sales performance metrics and generating reporting insights to support strategic decisions.
Qualifications
- Experience in client relationship management, account handling, and customer service
- Strong skills in sales, business development, and identifying new market opportunities
- Proficiency in data reporting, market analysis, and generating sales performance insights
- Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities
- Proficient in using CRM tools and office productivity software
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setup
- Prior experience in plumbing product distribution or a similar industry is an advantage
- Valid driver's license
