Role Overview
We are looking for a driven and persuasive Sales Executive to promote and sell YMinds’ placement agreements and career services to candidates and professionals. This role involves understanding candidate aspirations, explaining our value proposition, and closing service agreements with professionalism and transparency.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage with job seekers, graduates, and professionals to explain YMinds’ placement and career support offerings
- Pitch placement agreements, career services, and employability programs clearly and confidently
- Understand candidate profiles, career goals, and eligibility before recommending services
- Close sales through calls, walk-ins, online leads, and referrals
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM/trackers
- Coordinate with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure smooth candidate onboarding
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and conversion metrics
- Address candidate queries, objections, and concerns with empathy and clarity
- Ensure ethical selling and compliance with YMinds’ policies
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–4 years of experience in sales, inside sales, academic sales, Ed Tech sales, or career services sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills (English + regional language preferred)
- Confidence in handling telephonic, virtual, and in-person sales conversations
- Ability to explain service-based offerings and value-driven pricing
- Target-oriented mindset with strong follow-up discipline
- Basic knowledge of recruitment, placements, or career consulting is a plus
