Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Sales Ownership
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure for SaaS, IoT, AI, and blockchain solutions.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline across industries
  • Client Engagement & Discovery
  • Conduct strategic discovery sessions to map digital transformation goals.
  • Engage with enterprise stakeholders to uncover compliance, visibility, and efficiency challenges.
  • Solution Positioning & Demonstrations
  • Present and demo the company’s offerings, including:
  • Compliance & Traceability Platforms (DSCSA, FSMA)
  • IoT Edge Data Solutions for real-time monitoring and predictive maintenance
  • AI-Enhanced Analytics for operational intelligence, anomaly detection, and predictive insights
  • Blockchain-Backed Traceability for secure, auditable supply chains
  • Collaboration & Execution
  • Partner with pre-sales, product, and delivery teams to craft tailored proposals.
  • Ensure seamless handoff to implementation and support teams.
  • Relationship Building & Growth
  • Establish trusted client relationships to drive long-term business.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Market Intelligence
  • Stay ahead of trends in AI, IoT, SaaS, and blockchain.
  • Provide feedback to shape go-to-market strategies and product positioning.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Education :
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, IT, or related field.
  • Experience :
  • 3–5 years in B2B enterprise technology sales (SaaS, IoT, AI, Blockchain).
  • Proven track record of consultative selling and closing mid-to-large enterprise deals.
  • Demonstrated ability to work towards defined sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Core Skills :
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to understand complex business problems and align them with technical solutions.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and sales forecasting.
  • Stakeholder management across technical and business audiences.
  • Domain Familiarity:
  • SaaS solution sales
  • IoT monitoring and edge data platforms
  • AI-driven analytics and predictive solutions
  • Blockchain and traceability platforms

Nice-to-Have

  • Exposure to AI-driven compliance monitoring or predictive maintenance use cases.
  • Proficiency in Telugu and Hindi with the ability to engage effectively with clients across regions.
  • A postgraduate qualification in Sales or Marketing from a reputed institute will be an added advantage.
