Role: Sales Executive/ Senior Sales Executive


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. This role involves

proactively generating leads, making outbound sales calls, and closing deals over the phone. The

ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment, has strong

communication skills, and is motivated to achieve targets.



Responsibilities:


  • Identify and research potential customers through online databases, social media, referrals, and cold calling.
  • Reach out to prospective clients, present our products/services, and engage them in meaningful conversations.
  • Understand customer needs, pitch relevant solutions, handle objections, and convert leads into sales.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and existing customers to nurture relationships and ensure repeat business.
  • Update and maintain an accurate record of sales activities, customer interactions, and lead status in the CRM system.
  • Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales goals and KPIs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine sales strategies.


Key Requirement:


  • A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in end-to-end sales.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively generate leads.
  • Comfortable using CRM software, spreadsheets, and other sales tools.
