Role Overview
The Sales Executive will be responsible for providing an excellent customer experience by assisting with product selection, generating sales, and maintaining showroom standards. The role requires strong communication skills, product knowledge, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships while supporting daily showroom operations.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers, understand their requirements, and assist them in selecting jewellery.
Demonstrate product features, designs, purity, and pricing details professionally.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly individual sales targets.
Maintain product display, showcase arrangement, and overall showroom cleanliness.
Handle customer queries and provide personalised service to enhance customer satisfaction.
Support billing processes and ensure accuracy in sales documentation.
Assist in inventory checking, stock counting, and coordinating replenishment.
Build strong customer relationships to generate repeat visits and referrals.
Follow showroom safety, security, and hygiene protocols.
Collaborate with the team to support overall showroom operations.
Essential Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the jewellery or retail sector.
Qualification: Any degree/diploma.
Strong understanding of jewellery products, designs, and market trends (preferred).
Skills Required
Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
Strong selling skills with the ability to influence purchase decisions.
Good product presentation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced showroom environment.
Basic knowledge of computer operations and billing process (preferred).
Attention to detail, discipline, and professional behaviour.
