Job Description

The CPaaS Sales Executive is responsible for new customer acquisition by proactively generating leads, opening doors, and building a strong enterprise pipeline. The role focuses on hunting, leveraging personal and professional networks, direct outreach, and face-to-face engagement to onboard new customers across targeted industries.

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting (Core Function)

  • Actively generate new leads through cold calling, cold visits, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, and personal contacts.
  • Leverage existing relationships and industry connections to open new accounts.
  • Identify and approach decision-makers (CX, IT, Digital, Marketing, Operations).
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.

2. Door Knocking & Field Sales
