Job Summary:


We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to promote and sell insurance products to individual and corporate clients. The role involves lead generation, client meetings, policy sales, and maintaining long-term customer relationships while achieving assigned sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, referrals, and field visits
  • Promote and sell insurance products.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans
  • Conduct client meetings and presentations to explain product features and benefits
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the management
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
  • Ensure timely policy issuance and documentation completion
  • Provide after-sales support and assist clients with renewals and claims coordination
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers for repeat business


Eligibility Criteria:


  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing/Finance preferred)
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales (insurance or financial services preferred)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Goal-oriented with a positive attitude
