Sales Executive

Job Title: Sales Executive (Banquets / Catering / Mithai Brand)

Location: Chattarpur (Onsite)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM (Saturday hours are flexible)

Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month

Experience Required: 2–3+ years (depending on category)

Role Overview:

We are looking for dynamic and result-driven Sales Executives to manage and grow sales across Luxury Banquets/Catering Services/Premium Mithai Brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting enquiries into confirmed business, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate, follow up, and convert sales leads across banquets, catering, or mithai sales
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, tastings, and presentations as required
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and close deals efficiently
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business
• Handle corporate gifting, bulk orders, and festive sales (for mithai segment)
• Manage CRM entries, lead tracking, and follow-ups
• Coordinate internally for smooth execution of confirmed events/orders
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements:

• 2+ years experience in luxury banquets or hotel sales OR
• 3+ years experience in catering sales OR
• 3+ years experience in food / FMCG / mithai sales
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Well-groomed, confident, and client-facing personality
• Strong local market understanding
• Hospitality background preferred (for banquets & catering roles)
• Target-oriented with excellent follow-up skills
