Job Title: Sales Executive (Banquets / Catering / Mithai Brand)
Location: Chattarpur (Onsite)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM (Saturday hours are flexible)
Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month
Experience Required: 2–3+ years (depending on category)
Role Overview:
We are looking for dynamic and result-driven Sales Executives to manage and grow sales across Luxury Banquets/Catering Services/Premium Mithai Brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting enquiries into confirmed business, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate, follow up, and convert sales leads across banquets, catering, or mithai sales
Conduct client meetings, site visits, tastings, and presentations as required
Prepare proposals, quotations, and close deals efficiently
Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business
Handle corporate gifting, bulk orders, and festive sales (for mithai segment)
Manage CRM entries, lead tracking, and follow-ups
Coordinate internally for smooth execution of confirmed events/orders
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements:
2+ years experience in luxury banquets or hotel sales OR
3+ years experience in catering sales OR
3+ years experience in food / FMCG / mithai sales
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Well-groomed, confident, and client-facing personality
Strong local market understanding
Hospitality background preferred (for banquets & catering roles)
Target-oriented with excellent follow-up skills
