Job Description: Tendering & Brand Enlistment Specialist
Department: Presales / Tendering & Enlistment
Location: Faridabad, Haryana (Head Office)
Reporting To: Chief Growth Officer / Sr. Manager – Tender & Enlistment

Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Enlistment & Registration
• Identify and pursue enlistment opportunities with government departments, PSUs, municipalities, water boards, infra & EPC companies, and large private clients.
• Prepare and submit brand approval documents as per client requirements (technical specs, brochures, certificates, financials, etc.).
• Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Quality, Finance, Production) to compile required documents.
• Maintain an updated tracker of enlistment status across organizations.
• Regularly follow up with concerned authorities until enlistment is completed.
