**Who We Are**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Sell Freight Forwarding services to new and existing clients.
- Actively prospect daily through cold-calling, networking, and lead generation.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings, attend industry trade shows and conferences.
- Prepare and present proposals tailored to client needs and market conditions.
- Develop and execute account strategies to grow revenue.
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date account plans, SOPs and customer records.
- Monitor and report KPIs to both management and clients, ensuring service satisfaction.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a related field.
- 3 years of successful proven sales experience in Freight Forwarding Logistics (mainly ocean sales)
- Self-motivated, with strong initiative and a drive to take on additional responsibilities.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
