The Role:

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Influencer Marketing Agency Coordination:Act as a liaison between creators, brands, and our agency to ensure seamless campaign execution and communication.
  • Sales Cold Calling:Reach out to potential clients and partners via phone calls to introduce our services and generate interest.
  • WhatsApp Outreach:Initiate and maintain professional conversations with leads and prospects through WhatsApp messaging.
  • Lead Generation:Identify and research potential leads using various online tools and platforms.
  • Lead Management:Track, nurture, and update leads in the CRM system, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversions.
  • Brand Relationship Management:Build and maintain positive relationships with brand partners, understanding their needs and facilitating successful collaborations.
  • Campaign Support:Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Market Research:Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the influencer and creator space.
  • Reporting:Prepare regular updates and reports on sales activities, lead status, and campaign outcomes.

Ideal Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of sales or marketing internship/experience are welcome.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confident, persuasive, and comfortable with cold calling and digital outreach.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
  • Interest in influencer marketing, digital media, or the creator economy is highly desirable.
