Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Sales and Business Development Associate based in Goregaon, India. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales goals. Responsibilities include managing inquiries, delivering exceptional customer service, and conducting sales pitches. The role will also include training sessions for clients and overseeing sales management initiatives to ensure consistent growth and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management
- Experience in Training to support client onboarding and engagement
- Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities
- Pitching and Closing clients
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
