Bigsmall is expanding its Corporate Gifting Sales team! We work with companies of all sizes to create premium hampers, joining kits, event giveaways, branded merch and more — and we’re looking for a driven B2B Sales Executive to help us grow.


What you’ll do:

  • Generate & manage corporate leads (HR, Admin, Marketing, Procurement).
  • Pitch gifting solutions and customised hampers for events, joining kits, festive gifting, R&R etc.
  • Create proposals, negotiate and close deals.
  • Handle key accounts, ensure smooth execution with internal teams and drive repeat business.


What we’re looking for:

  • 1–4 years in B2B Sales (gifting/merch/events/HR solutions is a plus).
  • Strong communication & presentation skills.
  • Comfortable with outreach, follow-ups and targets.
  • Organised, proactive and client-focused.
