Policy Bazaar is looking for dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join our Sales team. As a Sales Specialist, you will be the voice of Policy Bazaar, engage with global customers and drive sales conversions. The role involves handling international clients, promoting insurance products, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with international customers via calls, emails, and chats.
• Explain insurance products and services effectively to clients.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
• Maintain strong follow-ups and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Handle objections, resolve queries, and build long-term client relationships.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English and Hindi.
• Ability to handle customer queries efficiently and politely.
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office and email.
• Patience and empathy to manage difficult or irate customers.
• Freshers and experience both can apply.
• Salary package 2.5 LPA to 4 LPA..
