Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic, target-driven Sales Executive with experience selling premium real estate projects. The ideal candidate should be confident in aggressive calling, client handling, and closing high-value property deals.


Key Responsibilities:

- Make aggressive outbound calls to potential clients and generate qualified leads

- Handle client inquiries and provide detailed information about premium real estate projects

- Coordinate and assist in arranging site visits with clients

- Conduct regular follow-ups to convert leads into closures

- Maintain proper records and report daily/weekly performance to the Senior Manager

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients


Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales (mandatory)

- Proven experience in selling premium realty projects with ticket size above ₹5 Cr

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Strong follow-up and closing abilities

- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and comfortable with targets


Compensation & Benefits:

- Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 per month

- Strong incentive structure based on performance
