Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Executive based in Gurugram. An Elder Care/Assisted Living Sales Executive acts as a compassionate advisor, driving occupancy by building referral networks (doctors, hospitals, etc.), conducting tours, educating families, and executing marketing plans to match seniors with appropriate care, focusing on occupancy goals, strong communication, and relationship-building to ensure smooth transitions and resident satisfaction. 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and cultivate new prospects through networking, community events, cold calling, and digital outreach.
  • Referral Management:  Build and maintain strong relationships with professional referral sources like hospitals, geriatricians, case managers, and clinics.
  • Sales Process :  Respond to inquiries, conduct tours, provide information on services (assisted living, memory care, etc.), and guide families from initial contact to move-in.
  • Marketing & Events :  Plan and execute marketing strategies, community outreach, and special events to increase community visibility.
  • Data & Reporting :  Maintain accurate records in CRM, track sales activity, and prepare regular reports on occupancy and sales performance.
  • Community Collaboration :  Work with operations, executive directors, and staff to ensure a positive environment and smooth resident onboarding. 


Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Proven sales and marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, senior living, or social services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of elder care needs and services.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work with compassion, empathy, and professionalism.

  • Trusted Advisor Role:  Educating families and acting as a guide through complex care decisions.
  • Occupancy & Revenue:  Meeting or exceeding sales targets and occupancy goals.
  • Relationship Building:  Creating strong bonds with residents, families, and referral partners. 

Pay structure:

Base salary plus commission on all paid sales through the sales executive
