About the Role
We are hiring high-potential Sales Executives from top B-Schools and Tier-1 institutions who are eager to build a career in B2B sales and IT staffing . This role is ideal for individuals with strong business fundamentals, sharp communication skills, and a hunger to win in a performance-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- New Client Acquisition: Drive new business by identifying, engaging, and closing mid-to-large enterprise clients for IT staffing and recruitment services.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders including HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Leaders, and Delivery Managers.
- Sales Cycle Ownership: Manage the complete sales lifecycle—from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and deal closure.
- Internal Collaboration: Partner closely with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure timely fulfillment and high-quality talent delivery.
- Revenue & Growth Targets: Own revenue goals, maintain a healthy sales pipeline, and consistently achieve or exceed assigned targets.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- MBA or equivalent degree from a Tier-1 B-School / Premier Institute
- 1-5 years of experience in B2B sales, staffing, consulting, or related domains
- Strong interest in IT staffing, recruitment, and enterprise sales
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- High ownership mindset with a strong bias for action and results
