Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Implement strategic business development initiatives to drive the growth of immersion and training business across local and international markets.

  • Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships with educational institutions, education agents, travel agencies, corporate clients, and government bodies.

  • Host and coordination of immersion and training groups, including class and trainer scheduling, campus tours, and school briefings.

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying and converting new business opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets.

  • Prepare and deliver weekly sales performance reports and drive continuous improvement.

  • Work closely with the academy and operation department to ensure the efficient and seamless delivery of the programmes.

Duration

  • 1-year contract (convertible)
