Job Description

Xtrawrkx is hiring a Sales Executive / AM / DM for a leading player in the lithium battery manufacturing space. The role is focused on driving B2B sales, building long-term customer relationships, and expanding market presence across EV, Energy Storage Systems (ESS), and Material Handling Equipment (MHE) segments. The ideal candidate will be result-oriented, commercially strong, and comfortable working closely with industrial and OEM clients.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and onboard new customers, OEMs, and channel partners.
  • Drive sales of lithium battery solutions across EV, ESS, and MHE applications.
  • Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, demos, and customer visits.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.
