Job Description
Shree Group of Industries is seeking a Sales Executive - Interior Designing with prior experience in selling interior design services and turnkey interior projects. This role is focused on handling showroom and project inquiries, understanding client requirements, proposing interior design solutions, and converting leads into confirmed interior projects.
This position is not intended for furniture-only sales profiles.
Location : Viman Nagar, Pune
Interview Mode: Face-to-Face (Viman Nagar)

Responsibilities
Handle showroom walk-ins and interior design project inquiries
Understand client requirements related to space planning, budget, lifestyle, and design preferences
Present interior design concepts, layouts, materials, finishes, and execution plans
Coordinate with interior designers, site teams, and project managers for smooth execution
Prepare, explain, and negotiate quotations, drawings, and scope of work
Follow up with clients to convert inquiries into confirmed interior projects
Maintain accurate client records, lead data, and sales MIS
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
Qualifications
Minimum 1–5 years of sales experience in interior designing (mandatory)
Experience selling interior design services or turnkey interior projects
Strong understanding of interior materials, finishes, and execution processes
Ability to handle customized and premium interior projects
Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills
Target-driven approach with strong closing ability
Fluency in Marathi and Hindi (English preferred)
Preferred Skills
Exposure to residential or commercial interior projects
Basic understanding of layouts, drawings, and on-site measurements
Experience dealing with high-value or bespoke interior design projects
