Tesor Designs is Hiring Interior Sales Manager.

Tesor Designs is an interior design and decor firm headquartered in Bangalore, providing end-to-end interior design solutions through our state-of-the-art experience centers in HSR & HRBR Layout.

If you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our interior design services, we’d like to meet you.

The primary responsibility is to bring new customers into our fold & maintaining customer satisfaction. The goal is to drive growth by bringing in customers and developing business for us month-on-month.

Job Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• At least 2 years of BD or sales experience (preferably in luxury sector, interior design or HNI financial sales)
• Strong work ethic, communication & negotiation skills, with an ability to close deals
• Proven track record of meeting monthly & branch sales targets, with strong sense of ownership
• Ability to maintain exceptional client relations
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams (designers and project managers)
• Planning and forecasting pipeline to closures
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
