Job Description

Responsibilities including but not limited to:

  • Prepare sales quotations and receive sales orders.
  • Prepare delivery order, invoice and other relevant documents.
  • Liaise with suppliers/customers on delivery and stocks inventory / entries.
  • Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant report.
  • Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
  • Assist and/ or guide client through a series of actions, to help setup systems or resolve issues.
  • Establish good working relationships with customers and other professionals.
  • Any ad-hoc assigned as instructed by manager.

Requirements:

  • Positive attitude & independent.
  • Experience and knowledge in office system furniture or commercial carpet or interior design.
  • Good contacts with interior Designer & Architect.
  • Possess good interpersonal skills...
