Sales Executive
Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan
Position Summary
CBH Fasteners is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive for the Jaipur location. The role focuses on business development, revenue generation, market expansion, and relationship management within the assigned territory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing new clients, and strengthening the company’s presence in the fasteners and industrial products market.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Revenue Generation
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Generate leads through market visits, references, distributors, and existing clients.
- Expand customer base in industrial, manufacturing, infrastructure, and hardware segments.
- Promote CBH Fasteners’ product range and propose suitable solutions to customers.
Sales Operations
- Conduct regular market visits and client meetings within Jaipur and nearby areas.
- Prepare and submit quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales as per company guidelines.
- Follow up on orders, dispatches, and payments to ensure timely realization of revenue.
- Maintain accurate sales records, customer data, and daily/weekly sales reports.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and distributors.
- Address customer queries, complaints, and after-sales coordination in a timely manner.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market demand.
- Provide regular feedback on market conditions and customer requirements to management.
- Share sales forecasts and territory performance updates with the reporting manager.
Internal Coordination
- Coordinate with accounts, dispatch, and production teams for smooth order execution.
- Ensure compliance with company sales policies and procedures.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in sales/business development, preferably in fasteners, solar, construction, industrial,or manufacturing products .
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of Jaipur and Rajasthan market.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
