Job Title: Sales Executive – Local Sales

Location: Jaipur

Role Overview

We are looking for a driven Sales Executive – Local Sales to build and manage relationships with travel agents, DMCs, corporate event planners, and wedding planners in Jaipur and nearby markets.

The role is hands-on, field-oriented, and focused on driving room nights, weddings, and event business for the property.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage strong relationships with:
• Local & regional travel agents
• DMCs
• Corporate event planners
• Wedding planners & wedding agencies
• Actively source weddings, social events, offsites, conferences, and group bookings
• Conduct regular sales calls, meetings, and property site inspections
• Represent the hotel at local networking events, wedding meets, and industry gatherings
• Prepare and follow up on proposals, rate contracts, and event enquiries
• Coordinate with operations and reservations to ensure smooth conversion and execution
• Maintain an updated database of agents, planners, and corporate contacts
• Track leads, conversions, and monthly sales performance
• Provide market feedback on competition, pricing, and demand trends

Candidate Profile

• 2–5 years of experience in hotel sales / wedding sales / event sales
• Strong local network in Jaipur’s wedding and events ecosystem
• Comfortable with field sales, follow-ups, and negotiations
• Clear communication and professional presentation skills
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and ownership-focused
• Experience with boutique hotels or destination wedding venues preferred
