Job Summary
We are looking for a confident and proactive Pre-Sales Executive from a Real Estate or Interior background to engage potential clients, understand their requirements, and support the sales and project team with smooth conversions and coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound inquiries, calls, Whats App & lead follow-ups
- Understand client requirements and explain services (construction/interiors/architecture)
- Schedule meetings, site visits, and follow-ups with clients
- Maintain client database, CRM updates, and lead status reports
- Coordinate with Sales/Project Team for client communication
- Build strong client relations and ensure professional assistance throughout the pre-sales journey
Eligibility & Requirements
- Experience in Real Estate / Interior / Construction Industry preferred
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Smart, confident, client-handling ability
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills
- Basic computer & CRM handling knowledge
