Job Responsibilities
SALES EXECUTIVE
Reports to – Director of Sales
Job Purpose : - To optimize the efficiency of the Sales Department by providing key liaison support. To maximize revenues through all incoming customer queries. Responsible for the administrative functioning of the department.
Responsibilities:-
·Guest Services
·Establish effective customer relationships and handle enquiries, requests either personally or over the phone.
·Assist the Field Sales Team by making reservations at hotels for FITs/ groups/ conferences, preparing rate proposals and following up on the business to ensure materializations.
·Handle non residential conference queries and ensure enhanced business.
·Administration
·Assist and maintain an efficient administration system within the department.
·Maintain and ensure regular update of the team’s customer database as well as of all incoming guest queries.
·Ensure an efficient and accurate system, both manual and electronic for maintaining record of key data and documentation.
·Assist the Commercial Sales Manager with generation of MIS and other departmental reports
·Responsible for the Inventory management of all Sales aids – brochures, CDs and any other promotional material
·Any other responsibilities assign to you from time to time
