Job Title: Sales Executive
Location: Karnataka, Tamil Nadu
Experience Required: 2–3 Years
Job Summary:
• Drive sales growth across assigned territories in Karnataka
• Develop new accounts and strengthen existing client relationships
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Manage distributors, dealers, retailers, and key clients
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Conduct regular market visits and track competitor activity
• Promote products through presentations and negotiations
• Ensure timely payment collections and healthy receivables
• Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and accounts teams
• Maintain accurate sales records and reports
• Attend sales meetings, training, and promotional activities
Requirements:
• 2–3 years of field sales experience (B2B/channel sales preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Good knowledge of Karnataka market; willing to travel
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Basic MS Office and reporting knowledge
• Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred
