Location: Home-based with travel
Salary: Up to £38,000 per annum
The Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business opportunities for M3 and Housing Software. This includes identifying prospects, conducting outreach, qualifying leads, delivering demonstrations, and closing sales. They work closely with the Account Managers and Consultants to ensure new clients are effectively handed over for onboarding and long-term relationship management. This is a proactive sales role focused on new opportunity generation and outbound activity, rather than ongoing account management.
The role involves travel for conferences, sales meetings, and quarterly meetings at our London office. This could include overnight stays.
There is no commission or OTE element in this role. However, performance-based bonuses may be awarded.
