Job Description: Customer Sales Executive
Location: Indore (Onsite, Full-time)
Salary: 12000K - 25000K (Incentives Additional)
Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Customer Sales Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or customer service, to join our team in Indore. This is a full-time onsite role that will involve working directly with customers to drive sales, build relationships, and provide exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi , and will be comfortable working with CRM systems to track and manage customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential and existing customers to promote products and services.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by driving new business and upselling to existing clients.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the CRM system.
- Resolve customer queries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop sales strategies and initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
- Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions to improve skills and performance.
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
- Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
- Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales , customer service, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (both written and verbal).
- Strong proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and goal-focused with a positive attitude.
- Prior experience in a sales or customer-focused role is preferred.
