Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Sales Executive to join our team at HARITHA HONDA's Madurai location. This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent product knowledge and communication skills, essential for driving sales and maintaining customer relationships, specifically focusing on electric vehicles.


Experience : 1yr in EV Sales is Mandatory

Qualifications and Skills

  • Demonstrated experience in sales closing techniques, with a clear understanding of the sales process.
  • Proficiency in negotiation to secure profitable deals and build lasting relationships.
  • Ability to effectively prospect and identify potential new markets and customers.
  • Strong skills in lead generation to drive recruitment and retention of valuable clients.
  • Excellent product knowledge to provide accurate and comprehensive information to customers (Mandatory skill).
  • Exceptional communication skills to effectively interact with diverse client bases (Mandatory skill).
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in team settings to achieve sales targets.
  • Strong analytical skills to understand and interpret sales performance metrics and trends.
  • Familiarity with the electric vehicle market and associated technologies is a strong advantage.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand their specific two-wheeler needs and recommend suitable options, with a particular focus on electric vehicles.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure recurring sales and referrals.
  • Achieve sales targets by employing effective negotiation and closing strategies.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through prospecting and networking activities.
  • Provide detailed and accurate quotations, ensuring adherence to company pricing and policies.
  • Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to remain informed about new product features and trends, especially in the electric vehicle sector.
  • Work closely with the after-sales team to ensure client satisfaction and handle inquiries effectively.
  • Report on sales activities, submitting weekly progress reports and market feedback to management.
