Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy Development: Assist the Asst. Sales Manager in devising and implementing sales strategies under the direction of the Group Director of Sales from the Brand Office in Bangkok.

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base and increase revenue.

  • Client Relationship Management: Build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.

  • Performance Analysis: Analyze sales data and performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to support and drive sales initiatives.

  • Negotiation: Negotiate terms with clients to maximize profitability while ensuring guest satisfaction.
