Outbound Sales Executive – HVAC (US Market, Outbound Calling | Mohali In-office Job)


Location: Mohali Sector-67, India

Shift: US Shift (6:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST during winter | 6:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST during summer)

Working Days: Monday–Friday (Sat & Sun Off during winters) | 6 Days During Summer (Including Saturdays)

Role Overview

We are hiring a highly aggressive, results-driven Outbound Sales Executive for our offshore team in Mohali.

This role is sales-heavy , phone-intensive , and performance-driven , supporting our US HVAC operations.

The ideal candidate is a strong closer , confident in English, and comfortable handling US customers over calls.


Key Responsibilities:

Priority 1 – Estimate Follow-Ups & Closings (MOST IMPORTANT)

  • Call customers who have already received estimates from HVAC technicians
  • Follow up on pending estimates
  • Handle objections confidently
  • Convert estimates into closed sales
  • Ensure no estimate is left unattended

This is the core responsibility of the role.


Priority 2 – Outbound Sales (Upsells & Services)

  • Proactively sell:
  • HVAC memberships
  • Duct cleaning
  • Other HVAC services
  • Pitch value clearly and confidently
  • Close sales over the phone


Priority 3 – Outbound Cold Calling (Appointment Setting)

  • Make outbound cold calls to:
  • Set service appointments
  • Generate new sales opportunities
  • Follow call scripts while adapting naturally
  • Maintain call volume and discipline


Priority 4 – Inbound Call Handling

  • Answer inbound calls when required
  • Provide basic information or route calls appropriately
  • Maintain professional call etiquette


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent spoken English (US customer-facing)
  • Strong sales & closing skills
  • Confident, persuasive communicator
  • Comfortable with high call volumes
  • Experience in:
  • Outbound sales
  • Telecalling / inside sales
  • Lead follow-ups & closing
  • Can handle customer objections during the live calls
