Role Overview
The Sales Executive drives sales growth by engaging with customers, identifying opportunities, and closing deals. You’ll collaborate with the team to track performance, adjust strategies, and provide insights that align with business goals. Your efforts will directly grow the business through strong client relationships and new opportunities, making a measurable impact from day one.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a structured calling plan to prospect new business opportunities
- Identify target clients, conduct research, and build a robust sales pipeline
- Drive both new business acquisition and growth within existing accounts via cross-selling and upselling
- Prepare and deliver tailored presentations that address client needs and pain points
- Ask insightful questions to understand client challenges and propose aligned solutions
- Convert prospects into customers by demonstrating the value of solutions
- Use strategic questioning techniques to uncover opportunities and deliver tailored solutions
- Listen actively and adjust conversations to foster long-term relationships
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, contributing to team success
- Maintain a results-driven mindset while nurturing strong client relationships
Candidate Profile
We are looking for a dynamic, results-oriented professional, either fresh out of university or with 2–3 years of sales experience. You understand the sales process from prospecting to closing and nurturing client relationships. You communicate confidently, adapt to client needs, and convert opportunities into long-term partnerships. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, are self-motivated, and work well independently and as part of a team. A passion for delivering solutions and achieving sales success is essential.
