Sales Executive

Back end sales is not cold calling, it is in fact it is a merging of Sales and accounts. A large part of your job would be about the post-sales customer experience, which is mostly a very underrated profile, and that’s why we take it very seriously so that our travelers get a feel for dealing with us much before their tour.

• Taking a traveler's journey from Booking to Balance Payment
• Handling questions regarding airline ticketing and on-ground logistics before departure.
• Making sure that the Customer experience from booking to departure is smooth.

Requirements (Domestic)

• Communication skills in both English and Marathi.
• Basic knowledge of airlines and hotel bookings.
• Proficiency in MS Excel

Requirements (International)

• Communication skills in English, Hindi and Marathi (preferred)
• Basic understanding of International Airlines and Visa Requirements
• Proficiency in MS Excel
