Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement & Sales
- Greet and welcome customers in the showroom.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable jewellery.
- Explain product features, purity, making charges, and offers clearly.
- Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
- Product Promotion & Upselling
- Promote new arrivals, seasonal collections, and special schemes.
- Cross-sell and up-sell products to increase average bill value.
- Educate customers about Bhima Jewellery's quality standards and trust.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat visits.
- Collect customer details (database) and follow up for special occasions.
- Handle customer complaints or queries politely and escalate when necessary
- Showroom Operations
- Ensure counters and displays are well-arranged and clean.
- Handle stock, tagging, and daily inventory as per company policy.
- Coordinate with billing and back-office staff for smooth sales flow.
