Job Description
We’re looking for sharp, driven Sales Executives to help us scale our client base across DTC and e-commerce brands. This is currently a hybrid role, but we’re specifically looking for talent based in Pune for occasional client-facing needs.
What You’ll Do
- Drive end-to-end sales: prospecting → pitching → closing
- Build and manage a strong pipeline across DTC/e-commerce
- Understand client needs and position our performance marketing solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams on proposals & pitches
- Track activities and outcomes in CRM
- Meet monthly/quarterly revenue targets
What You Need
- 1–4 years of sales experience
- Experience in DTC, performance marketing, or agency setups is a strong plus
- Solid understanding of digital marketing basics
- Strong communication, negotiation & relationship-building skills
- Self-driven, organised, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Must be based in Bengaluru
