Role Description

We are looking for a result-driven Sales Executive who can take ownership of inquiries and convert them into confirmed bookings. This role goes beyond handling leads.

You will be responsible for:

  • Converting wedding inquiries
  • Building long-term relationships with clients and vendors
  • Generating new business through B2B partnerships
  • Supporting sales across multiple verticals , including weddings, corporate shoots, and events

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys conversations, follow-ups, and closing deals in a people-driven industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and social platforms
  • Convert wedding, corporate, and event leads into confirmed bookings
  • Follow up consistently with potential clients and decision-makers
  • Understand client needs and pitch suitable photography and cinematography solutions
  • Maintain accurate lead records and updates (CRM / internal tracker)
  • Generate leads through B2B channels such as wedding planners, venues, decorators, and vendors
  • Assist in expanding non-wedding verticals like corporate shoots, brand films, and events
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and expectation setting


Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, client servicing, or business development
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
  • Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and handling objections
  • Ability to build rapport with clients, families, and vendors
  • Organized approach to lead tracking and follow-ups
  • Willingness to work weekends when required (industry nature)

  • Prior experience in wedding, events, media, or creative services
  • Experience working with wedding planners or vendor networks
